SHADY SALES STAFF I emailed this dealer to inquire on and then I wanted to start to purchase the vehicle. I started corresponding with Andres Campos on 1-11-24. On 1-12-24 he said the vehicle is availabl and then I wanted to start to purchase the vehicle. I started corresponding with Andres Campos on 1-11-24. On 1-12-24 he said the vehicle is available and he is here for anything I need. I explained I was interested and wanted some details about condition. He provided me some details and then said his GSM that somebody had pre purchased the vehicle. This after he said it was available and it showed for sale on the website. He said it was first come first serve. So I emailed the general sales manager to see what the deal is and if he is aware. I never got a response from him. I was the customer looking to buy it today and at the moment. I am the first come first serve. Who waits to see if someone shows up or not for a appointment made "a while ago"? After a few hours, I checked back cause he was getting the vehicle detailed about some scratches for me. He sends me a video and some pictures of the car where it has some scratches that couldn't be fixed. He then tells me the customer that supposedly pre bought the car with the appointment is there and he'll let me know what happens. 10 min later he text me and says they just took it for a test drive and it will be ready for me to pick up tomorrow. Clearly the pre bought thing was total xx!!! At this point I start working the deal and asking him to send me the total dollar amount so I can get a cashiers check or whatever they prefer. The next text I get is sorry bad news someone just came in and bought the car. xxx! I wasted all day going back and forth and he said first come first serve and then sells it in the middle of a deal being done!!!!! I started at 10:26 am and at 6:39pm he says its sold! WOW! The slogan on the web site is ONE TEAM ONE GOAL:PROVIDE BEST-IN-CLASS CLIENT EXPERIENCE. What a joke this dealer is! I would highly recommend you go somewhere else. More
