Love this place. This is my 4th Armada. What can I say, I keep coming back because of the integrity and honesty of the manager and the people who work here. I have never had a bad experience buying a car from here. Obviously, I keep coming back. I lost my first Armada in the 2017 fires, and they were nothing but kind and nice while getting me back in a new car. Unfortunately, 8 months later someone rear ended me while I was stopped on the freeway going 60 MPH and totaled my second Armada. Again I was Back!! Great to deal with.

Though I didn't end up buying a car, I wanted to take a moment to thank Guy Crosbie for his knowledge and dedication to trying to find the right car for my husband and I. we will definitely seek his advice the next time we are looking for a used car.

Just got back home with my brand new Pathfinder. I love it! I shopped for over a month and found North Bay Nissan in Petaluma. Absolutely fantastic customer service. My salesperson went through every detail and even delivered it to my home. I would highly recommend North Bay Nissan.

Sales person was great and we had agreed on the price for the truck. The salesperson had the agreed upon price approved. Then I test drove the truck and dropped it of to have it detailed and finish paperwork. Then the salesperson was told not to sell the truck for the price that all parties had agreed on! That is a very shady way to do business. The deal was agreed on and done. So the price your told probably won’t be the final price when it comes time to sign the dotted line. Situation resolved. Highly recommend!
