My father and I had a great experience at this dealership. Daryl, Rich and Gary listened to what we were looking for in a new CRV, were friendly and we never felt pressured. We were able to get all the paperwork done on the new vehicle and trade-in completed in one day. We felt very satisfied with the service and price paid.
after having service done on my wife's Honda passport-which took longer than expected and I was stuck waiting five hours-the service dept went out of their way to rectify the situation. Carlo Realmuto, the service director was outstanding in getting my concerns taken care of. After such personalized service I decided to bring my Honda Ridgeline to north shore Honda for an issue that the dealership where I bought the vehicle had been giving me a run around. I called ahead to Carlo who assured me they could fix my Ridgeline quickly and that I should bring it right in. I arrived on a Friday afternoon and the technician had my vehicle fixed and out the door in less than an hour! all at no cost to me- even though my original dealer said I would have to pay a 'diagnostic fee'. I was starting to believe that this type of service no longer existed. a big THANK YOU to north shore Honda and especially to CARLO REALMUTO.
This is a fraud service. They are making things up and then ask you to pay for this... It is hard to proof, but if you check the same thing with other dealer or service provider then you will see it is all xx. Pretty sad experience. Don't trust this dealer and their car service. If you need to repair your car or do a service there - think twice otherwise you will pay extra for something that does not exist or was not a problem at all till you give your car to them.
Think before you buy here! When they have sold you a car they won't provide you help after they have delivered the car. We bought a Honda certified used car. We looked at the car before it has been detailed and had gone through the shop. They said that anything that's not up to par would be repaired or replace when it's a Honda certified car, as well as before it gets delivered it will get detailed and polished. A $600 detail job. Which is charged to you at the end $695 dealership prep fee On the drive home the visor on the drivers side was falling down. Which is a very easy fix. We called them when we got home to let them know this. All I asked for is for them to supply a replacement part. I can install it. They declined helping. The car wasn't detailed very well. The paint wasnt polished! It feels gritty like theres sand in it. First time it rained the grit on the window was so bad that the wipers make a horrible noise. The lady in the business office was rude and disrespectful to my 83 year old mother who's was the one who was buying the car. Be very aware this dealership won't help you after they have made the sale . I'm sure they are going to add a reply to this saying , something about please contact us , we will be willing to help ...etc. But I have tried to get help already and got nothing
We had a wonderful experience at NS Honda! We were nervous new buyers of an all electric Prologue, and the team at NS Honda was exceptional! Special shout out to Bill Binninger, Noel Ledesma, and Steve Cohen for their patience, professionalism, and amazing customer service! Great place to buy a car- they treat you like family! I would highly recommend NS Honda!
We agreed to $3800 down and when I came to trade in my car and pick up my new one they wanted $6200 after they removed my plates, took my keys and I changed my insurance over. The agreed price was documented in email, there was no denying I was intentionally mislead. They made me give them $5200 which was still $1400 more than what we agreed to. I spoke to the sales manager and he gave me $100 accessory for the car. I left a message for the general manager and never got a call back. It’s unfortunate to have getting a new car be such a negative experience. I will not be going back.
