Manual, my service advisor, was extremely helpful. We had what appeared to be a crazy situation with our CRV. He calmly assessed the situation and let us know that the repair would require a few days because they would need to get the new throttle body. I called back to see if we could get a loaner and he was able to get one for us. Throughout the whole time that our CRV was at the dealership, he kept in contact very text because I let him know that was my choice form of communication. I could not ask for a better experience.
