Nice experience purchasing a used Toyota Venza. No pressure but professional. Gave me the out the door price upon request. Kudos to Jake (salesman), Steve (Sales Mgr.) and Carl (finance).

I was sick. And trying to do everything online and they said I had to come up so I didn't get it

Xavier Alves is the best salesman he was so helpful and understanding. He was extremely patient and gave me whatever information I asked for.

Awesome customer service! Thank you Ashlei Guerrero! Very friendly staff and I will definitely come back again. The service done on my car was great.

THERE HAS BEEN 12 DIFFERENT TIRES ON THIS CAR IN A 2 YEAR SPAND!! I AM NOT A RACE CAR DRIVER!! I have repeatedly registered complaints regarding the problems I have been experiencing after week one with the purchase of this vehicle.  This was my first new vehicle purchase and I can honestly say this has been the worst experience in my history of vehicle purchases.  I have been treated as if I was not a valued customer. And even to this day there is still no resolve to loud noise issue with this vehicle. I have been fed just a mouth full of nonsense. Every time I return to dealership to be told that the sound is normal bc of the type of tires on the car or they say they’re not hearing anything. Well it’s only getting worse.  I came in routinely for car maintenance since day one, even mentioned every time about the noise. There were several occasions where I came in or randomly called about this roaring noise. Well 6 months in while getting my routine maintenance they told me that my tires were badly worn all the way around. A brand new car straight of the lot needing new tires in six months is absolutely insane. So after going back and forth with them they agreed that’s not something usual for a new car. Said there must have been some type of defect with the tires. They agreed to put on a new set and better brand of tires. With the new set their has been 2 tires replaced. Not tires with nails in them or due to a blowout, no just replaced because I have been advised from your staff after issues with sensors or whatever. And, yet the loud noise still persists.  Fast forward a little bit but still I have returned to the dealership multiple times with the loud issues. Only to be met with annoyed looks from the staff. Because at this point I am recognized by face and vehicle from the number of times I have returned the vehicle.   After waiting almost 3wks for a appointment, On June 29th Still in frustration and just wanting the noise to go away I returned to dealership for a service maintenance and noise test drove with service manager Ross. He acknowledged the noise and said to leave it. So they could figure it out. After another long wait. My brother and I went to pick up car. As we stood there listening to diagnostics. What we were told was that 2 front tires were replace with 2 tires from a vehicle with excact same tires make and size from the lot. “The noise went away“ from that GUESS WHAT I needed 2 tires and the noise wld stop. (This is in the service billing statement) I go and purchase 2 brand new tires on July 2nd which a better brand and more expensive. And there’s still noise and worst than before.  On 7/06/21 returned to the dealership to notify them that I did what they suggested and the issue is still unresolved. I have repeatedly told them it sounds like I’m driving a freaking truck. Spoke with Ross and he proceeds to tell me that he swapped out all 4 tire and test drove it not 2.. I needed four. Well that’s not what I was told nor is that in the billing statement which I have proof of.. Besides that.. if he swapped tires out , he should have test drove with me in the car as we did prior to servicing. So now he’s telling me I needed 4 tires. By the way every tire has plenty of tread..   He ask me to give him a few days bc he didn’t have another vehicle on the lot like mine to swap tires with to test drive again together so we can figure out where or what is causing all this noise. Took my name and number and promised to get back with me. As of today 7/23/21, I’m still yet to receive a call from him. I shouldn’t be responsible for something that has been going on since the beginning. Also in addition to the wait, I’ve had a recall for my car. Something about the full pump if I’m not mistaken. I called back on June 14 was told that it would be a while before they could get this taken care of. I was scheduled an appointment on July 26th. Over a month away. In the last service statement it says the the car has no recalls which is a lie! My life is just in danger, driving with all these mechanical issues. I countinue to bring my vehicle for service. And I sit in frustration during these service visits because of poor service and at the same time knowingly this is the craziness thing that I have been or gone through with a vehicle. I watch as they go the extra mile to accommodate someone coming into the service department waiting area with what look like a black bear and a brown bear and making them feel more welcome then me. THIS IS JUST RIDICULOUS!! PLEASE SEE ALL ATTACHMENTSÂ
