Love everything about the experience at Paramus except for the annoying AI phone response system. The worst! It took way too long and too much interaction with AI before you could finally reach a person. Need to make it easier for the client to be able to reach a human being!
The Service Advisor( Lee Reyes) was great. He checked us in as soon as we arrived. Advised us on the work that was needed. Kept us informed with phone calls. Solved all of our issues.
Nice showroom. Plenty of cars to choose from. Knowledgeable staff. Lovely café and waiting room.

I appreciate that Mercedes gave me a loaner car. I do not live close to the dealership so sitting for hours is not ideal.
