It was a pleasure purchasing a vehicle and doing business with this Dealership. Especially working with Sales Consultant MARC JEUDY who listened to us and was very attentive to our needs. He made sure everything was done, followed up and expedited thru the Dealership operating system. We would recommend MARC any day of the week. We love our vehicle Honda CRV EX-L.
I can't say enough about the staff here when I was buying a new car. It was a pleasure to work with my sales person Eric.
Worst dealership . Liars and crooks. Led by a salesman named Dino. Puts you in outside financing with hidden fees and charges. Reputation so bad that even his own service department tells you to stay away from him.
I leased a car, Honda Prologue Elite, from Route 23 Honda on 9/30/2025. Last day of government rebate $7500. Sales person, Juan Garcia and finance manager, Moe told value of car $59850 and extra around $2000 some other expenses. And also $15000 rebate from Honda and $7500 rebate from government. I believed them so I didn’t check numbers during the signing.it happened so quickly. After two days I met my friends who lease the same car. They told me their numbers. I saw big differences. I paid double advanced payment still my monthly payment double around $300 monthly higher. After that I focused on numbers what I signed. I saw they didn’t give me $7500 government rebate and my car price went up $69850. I went dealer to talk but they told me finance guy, Moe doesn’t more work here. Sales person doesn’t know anything. He brought another guy who told me we can’t do anything. I told him can I get your business card he told me I don’t have business card. I tried to talk another finance manager who told me the same thing and even he doesn’t have business card. This situation increased my suspicions. I went there 3-4 times to find out what’s going on but nobody help me. And one of them threaten me
I decided to buy a 2026 Honda CRV. I did research, reached out via email and finally connected with Dave Yoon our salesman. The entire process was enjoyable. There were many hold ups on my end due to unforeseen circumstances and Dave worked with me to make it all happen.
This dealership completely took advantage of me. They sold me a lease for a Honda Accord with a sticker price of $33,650, but in the contract they inflated the cost to over $43,000 without explaining it properly. The salesperson rushed me through the process, made it sound like I was getting a good deal, and only after signing I realized how badly I was misled. Now I’m stuck with a payment way higher than what was promised. They are not transparent, they hide critical details, and they prey on customers who trust them. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone—be very careful before signing anything here
