John was very attentive to listening and and showing me the car, I told him what features I was looking for, what features I did not want. When showing me the car, he did a great job in explaining things to me in a way that I understood. And he was patient with me when answering all my questions. Danny was working with me with the finances and did an excellent job in helping me get as close to my budget as possible. And he also was able to explain and answer all my questions; which I had a ton, and he was very patient, and even when explaining things multiple times.
