What Others Say

Horrific! Cyreene insisted on me coming in to discuss reserving a vehicle, which could have been done by phone (no car to look at or test drive), and the customer garage is extremely tight and full of poles. Even Paolo agreed that he wasted my time. When backing out (not showing up in my rear view mirror), I scraped the paint off my rear bumper on a pole. This is going to be a fortune to fix, and/or increase my insurance rates. They expressed no sympathy nor offered to fix it. In fact, they mocked me. The whole experience is expensive, traumatizing, and was avoidable. Stay away from there, particularly the garage. It's way too cramped, like a landmine.

San Francisco Honda service has evaporated. I received an estimate for a windshield replacement over a week ago and can't get a call or email returned to get it ordered or installed. The new phone gatekeepers have no idea what's going on or even that the shop was closed Wednesday. The service department changed locations without notification to customers. There's absolutely no way to contact the service department. Used to be a superior outfit. What a shame.

So the San Francisco honda dealership changed locations, but didn't post anything about the service department being on the other side of the city. I did not even receive an email. And when I called the new location, i was transferred to the service department, and they told me to bring my car in. So naturally, I assumed it would be at the same location as the phone number that I called. C'mon Honda. Get your xxxx together!!

We are very happy with the Honda Pilot we purchased at San Francisco Honda this week. The service we received was great from this young man. He walked us through the whole process from the beginning to the end. We really liked his friendly and pleasant personality. We really recommend him.

2nd time this happens, takes way too long and I had an appointment. And no car wash 😡😡 i really used to like their service Not anymore 😡

The absolute worst. I had been leasing from them since 2001. At first, I really had very little need for any help, any customer service. There were a few problems with them not being able to get my insurance information even though I kept emailing to many different people there, mailed a copy and then finally had to come in and show them in person. My last two car experiences were the worst. I love Hondas and felt there might be some kind of loyalty since I had been leasing from them so long. Each of these last times I had to negotiate for hours regarding what I had to pay at signing as well as interest rates. I still do not know what they were doing. I have/had incredible credit yet they kept trying to put me in high interest rates with higher payments. However, the actions that have pushed me to write this are a couple really bad CS issues regarding both my last leases. I turned my car in yet kept getting tickets from Fastrak stating that I drove on the Bay Bridge avoiding payment. I had to seek them out to call for me and still never got word back. Three years ago. When I turned my Honda in this time (extremely early in March '16 though not due until Sept. and had to pay off the rest of the loan because I moved) I mentioned the tickets and was guaranteed not this time. Three tickets later, I tried leaving messages and even sent them to the manager. Finally I had to write the General manager. Back and forth after a few communications, he never returned my emails or calls. Now, I have received a bill for registration from DMV. I have sent 2 detailed emails and asking for proof of the return. I do not remember getting a copy so I have made the request. Nothing! Go to another dealer. Not worth it.
