The gentleman, Mark, who checked me in was friendly, professional, and well informed. Despite being quite busy, he remained calm. Joe, the driver who returned me to my home and then came back to get me and took be back to Auffenberg’s was also friendly, courteous and a VERY good driver. They both provided excellent customer service. This has not always been by experience with the service department5 at Auffenberg’s. I appreciate all these individual’s did and the great customer service they provided.
