What Others Say

I have been going to Bridgewater Nissan for more than a decade, and they have always done a good job of taking care of my vehicles.

My 2016 Altima transmission was unrepairable brought it to Bridgewater. They performed a diagnostic study, didn’t charge me called up Nissan corporate, and was able to replace my transmission with a brand new one free of charge. My original extended warranty expired two months prior however, Bridgewater was able to Convince corporate to give me a new transmission under goodwill. Service was impeccable. Technicians were awesome.

My elderly father leased a Nissan this is his second oil change First oilchange with 5 ,000 miles service told him he needed a cabin filter which he said ok 2nd oil change at 10,000 miles he went in for a oil change they told him he needed a tire rotation and an oil filter again he said ok This cost him $90 .00 Are you serious taking advantage of a man that is 90 years old I am disgusted with the service department. I will be making a call on Monday .

Took Leaf in due to suspension problems after running over a cub. They only changed the tire hub and the problem still persists. These people can't fix the car no more than than the Butler, NJ Nissan could. I can't find anyone to fix this problem.

Very dissatisfied with this dealer. They have practices like bait and switch, not telling you the truth directly to bring you in. I emailed them via Nissan USA for a specific car, they called me sand told me specifically that they have the car in stock. When I told them not to make bait and switch to bring me in, they said "No , we're not like other dealers". After I drove there for 40 minutes, they said "oops we don't have the car". I feel like I was lied outright to my face. Because of businesses like this car dealerships have a bad reputation. I will also file a complaint with Nissan USA Consumer Affairs Team. I suggest you don't go to any dealer unless you get a written document emailed with the VIN number and deal terms. I don't believe it was all the employee's fault, he was courteous but he responded to me as if this is industry practice, not him but his bosses should be reprimanded. They wasted my two hours and I hope that after I contact Nissan Corporate the managers will hear from them too.

After years of our family purchasing cars from Bridgewater Nissan, we are going elsewhere. They used to be fair and helpful, but now they are rude, disrespectful, and preposterous with the offers they will entertain. Cars purchased from them are bought back for pennies on the dollar leaving you with a huge gap to pay on top of the new car you're getting ripped off on. Vinny and Erik are particularly rude and could not make the process any more stressful. We went elsewhere and learned how absolutely wonderful and helpful dealerships can be. No wonder we heard them talking about how badly they're doing.
