What Others Say
I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received from Jaguar Lakewood.
I brought my vehicle in on May 26, 2026 at 9:30 AM after Larry H. Miller Chrysler Dodge Ram Fiat Denver identified an oil leak on the bottom of the engine during an inspection on May 21, 2026 and recommended that Jaguar technicians properly diagnose the issue. During that same inspection, I was also told my tires would likely need replacement within the next few months.
It is important to note that I purchased this Jaguar from Larry H. Miller in May 2024 and also purchased a bumper-to-bumper warranty specifically to avoid situations like this.
On the afternoon of May 26th, I noticed my vehicle status had not changed from “Arrival” even though the vehicle had been there all day. I had to call and complain before the status was finally changed to “Inspection” shortly before closing.
On May 27th, I made several more calls because there were still no updates. I was told the warranty company had not responded to the service request and that nothing could be done without authorization. When I asked how long that process usually takes, I was told I could simply pay for the repairs myself. That response seemed odd considering the entire purpose of purchasing a bumper-to-bumper warranty is to avoid unexpected out-of-pocket expenses.
At approximately 3 PM on May 27th, after multiple calls from me, I was informed that in addition to the oil leak and tires, I also needed a HEPA filter. I also reviewed the new multi-point inspection and noticed my tires had gone from “replace in a few months” to “failed” in only five days between inspections.
Out of frustration, I finally authorized the oil leak repair myself, even though it was under $300. Had I simply been told the repair cost upfront when the vehicle was first inspected, I likely would have approved it immediately and avoided this entire delay.
The most frustrating part of this experience has been the complete lack of communication. Since dropping the vehicle off, I have had to contact Jaguar Lakewood four separate times just to get status updates because nobody proactively called, texted, or updated the service tracking link they sent me.
This morning, I was then told that because I authorized the repair “after the mechanics had left,” work could not begin until today. However, I authorized the repair at 3:18 PM and the dealership does not close until 6 PM.
I have owned Jaguar vehicles in Arizona and Utah and have remained loyal to the brand largely because of the exceptional customer service I previously received. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my perception of Jaguar Lakewood. Due to the lack of communication, delays, inconsistent inspection information, and overall customer experience, they have lost me as both a service customer and a future Jaguar buyer.
As I write this review my vehicle status still says "inspection in progress"
very informative and courteous and the price was competitive clean not dirty very nice good
Great team - was a pleasure purchasing my new Jaguar from them! No pressure - they are very friendly and helpful.
My husband and I were in no rush in the market, thinking we would take the next 6 months to figure out what vehicle we wanted we had walked into a different dealership and settled on a vehicle there… it was quite bizarre, we never heard from them again -when my husband reached out to Jaguar of Lakewood, Nick immediately responded and gave us the convenience of text. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, not pushy in any way and continue to follow up. Almost immediately the general manager Tom equally sent us an email saying you’re in great hands with Nick but I want you to know that I’m here to help as well. Ultimately, we made one quick stop out to the dealership so they could assess the car. I was turning in, Both gentlemen could not have been more kind and comforting. We made a decision immediately because of Nick and Tom… I was not even interested in Jaguar until their follow through and because of our experience at the dealership we pulled the trigger. They could not have made this experience more enjoyable, more effortless, and with me, leaving more confident that I made the right decision.
The entire process from test drive(s) to purchase was pleasant. Nick Grandchamp (salesman) was thorough and very helpful. A few days following the sale a problem arose with the vehicle that was not apparent at the time of purchase. Thanks to Nick and Tom, the GM, the dealership remedied the problem at their own expense even though technically it was not a warrantied item. A testament to the honesty and integrity of this outstanding dealership and its personnel!
The entire team at Jaguar Lakewood from sales to service is simply fantastic. Great cars, honest and caring people... that's the reason I keep coming back.
