This dealership is good when you are buying. They used to be good with service as well, however, I bought my second car from them in September. I am due for a complimentary service. I have called the service department 5 times. I have left messages with an AI recording 3 times and messages with sometime who worked in service and also an operator and it’s been over a week and have not had a call back. Apparently ours only important when you are buying something. Very frustrated. Will not buy here again

Hyatt rocks. You expect a bit extra when dealing with Lexus, and they live up to the expectation. Hyatt is beyond awesome. She is simply a classy professional person. All the anxiety associated with the car-buying process is eliminated.

It was a nice dealership, and the salesperson was on point. They made us feel like we were home and treated us like family. Service was definitely a 5 star experience.

My TX 500H was broken into & the rear, passenger side window was broken. I made an appointment to get it replaced and was supposed to get a call to let me know what it would cost. I never heard back, so called the day before my appointment and was told they didn't have my glass. I would have shown up for my appointment (90 min. drive one way) not knowing they couldn't replace my glass. This seems like VERY POOR service to me--especially since they are supposed to have great service. I am VERY unimpressed!!

I was not your typical customer for your high end dealership ,I was there to buy a affordable low milage truck . The salesmen that sold me the truck was Hop Van he treated me with respect and valued my business even for a vehicle under 20,000 Thank you Hop . Great customer service and thank you Devyn for having Hops back and securing the truck for me good job my friend. Thank you Jerry for taking the time to introduce your self and say some very kind words to me you lifted me up made feel happy to be there. Thank you guys what a team.
