Worked with a sales rep for a week on a truck and it was sold when I got there to buy it. They then tried to sell me one for more money. Then tried to sell me a used truck. The whole process was extremely disappointing.

July 2025 my 2010 toyota reverse failed had it toyed to stokes toyota they charged me 198.21 to tell me the reverse didn't work which I already knew went on line and found a 2018 tucson at their dealership for 13000 on July 15 2015 on July 16the price bumper to 13593 No one could tell me why being stranded bought the vehicle after returning to lexington sc and doing some research found the price was to cover needed maintenance which should have been done before the vehicle was listed on the internet I feel I was scammed 791 21

I had a service scheduled for a recall at 9:30. I arrived at 9:25. I was told the day before not to be late and the service should take about 45 minutes. After sitting in the waiting room for over an hour and seeing my vehicle still sitting outside I went back to the service advisor to find out why. She told me she would check on it. She never came back to her desk so I returned to the waiting room. After about 10 minutes I saw a mechanic come out and take my vehicle to the shop. The repair only took 20 minutes. Why make an appointment when they don’t honor it. Very dissatisfied wit this service department
