Mida and John in sales were great! Both of them really took good care of us! They were very honest and fair! Ron in accessories was very informative and helpful. We will definitely be using him for our Ford add ons! Charles in finance was great as well! Very friendly and knowledgeable!! I would definitely recommend this dealership!!

I was looking to get my son an F-150 and talked to a number of dealerships. Edrick Torres was my salesperson and we communicated by text for a number of days to identify what they had, what I wanted, my price range, and what would be the best vehicle for my needs. When I went to the dealership, things were easy and went fairly quickly. We agreed upon a fair price and everything got taken care of easily. Left with the new truck that night. Edrick was great to work with, took care of things in advance, and made the process as easy as possible. I recommend both Sun State Ford and Edrick if you are looking for a Ford. I was treated very well and accomplished what I wanted.

Terrible service. They don’t even bother making eye contact before they talk to you. Good luck trying by the phone as they won’t listen before transferring you to a voicemail. No wonder Ford can’t stay in business without help from the government. Find a different dealer. These 5 stars are probably all bought by the dealership.
