His attentiveness, wealth of knowledge and professionalism really wowed my husband and I. And Mr Castro was very nice and made us feel very appreciated and valued. From the young ladies at the front desk to sales manager Jacob, this team at Hendrick Toyota Merriam is pretty cool. My daughter asked me to join her as she’s in the market for a newer vehicle being she just started a new career opportunity and soon to be in a position to upgrade her vehicle. She asked me to join her though as she has never purchased from a dealership. Both she and I were impressed by Brian Diaz who assisted us. From the welcoming, good energy and professionalism to his thorough product and process knowledge, Brian put both my daughter at ease and made her and I confident that not only is my daughter in a good place to be able to acquire a new vehicle, but that she will be well taken care of by the whole Hendrick Toyota team when the time comes. When we left, my daughter turned to me in the car and said “I’m exited. I’ve heard horror stories about dealerships, but they are really cool in there. I think I’m going to tell one of my new coworkers who’s also in the market for a car to go with me when I got back to buy my car.”

Robert lott is the man, always amazing to work with. Very knowledgeable, and friendly. Look for the man with long flowing locks of raven colored hair. He is what the California Redwoods are to Hendrick Toyota Merriam. If you were to cut this stallworth down, he would have at least 7 rings(roughly 1000 years in tree life)showing his life and dedication to Hendrick Toyota Merriam.

Kudos to Hendrick Toyota Merriam. My nephew is in the market for a vehicle and we stopped by and had the opportunity to work with Brian Diaz. He was attentive, knowledgeable and personable. He patiently listened to my nephews, I’ll just leave it at peculiar situation. He educated my nephew about the car shopping experience being this will be his first purchase from a dealership and financing. Provided my nephew with multiple options and put him at ease about the whole process. He didn’t yet finalize a purchase as there are still a couple considerables for him, but Brian Diaz is definitely a professionals professional and I myself will surely be visiting him the next time my wife and I are in the market for a vehicle. And my nephew of course plans to head back on over to do business with him too once he has everything he needs in line to proceed with a purchase.
