Going into the process, I honestly did not think I would be approved due to my credit situation, and I was prepared for the possibility of leaving without a vehicle. However, Javier and his team were able to make it work. Throughout the entire process, Javier was professional, patient, and respectful. He never made me feel judged and took the time to clearly explain all my options, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. His transparency and dedication truly stood out. What I appreciated most was his genuine effort to help me find a solution rather than simply make a sale. While I'm not particularly a fan of dealer service departments (past crappy experiences) I will say that my experience with Toyota of Glendale was quite good. I felt that the service advisor, Daniel, was attentive to my concerns and they appear to have addressed all of them. Easy and quick.
