I currently own two Toyota vehicles, and have owned several others. I've been taking my cars to ToR Service Center for many years. The service team does a tremendous job. Lee Schuster has been my service advisor for years. He does a superb job of taking care of me and my cars.

Today's service experience was exceptional. Cean and Justin treated me well and made sure to communicate with me throughout the service process. Cean provided me recommendations and encouraged me to obtain services that were necessary for that maintenance period. Justin, one of the members of management, listened to my concerns and immediately resolved them above and beyond my expectations. For example, when I received my vehicle and drove away, I noticed a really bad sound when I pressed the brakes. I brought it back immediately and Justin thoroughly explained the problem, and resolved it within 3 minutes. Super impressed and grateful. Both Cean and Justin were professional, customer service oriented and knowledgeable about the services provided. Thank you!
