My experience with Volkswagen Pasadena was outstanding. I had the pleasure of working with Kevin, Andrew, and Mike, and each went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of. I was actually shopping for a GMC truck—an off-brand for the dealership—and Kevin still took the time to thoroughly research all the trim options for me. He even sent detailed videos, which made the process easy and informative. Mike, the sales manager, impressed me by taking my call after hours on his personal cell phone to answer my questions—something you don’t often see these days. Andrew was equally impressive: professional, transparent, and patient while reviewing financing options, making sure I had a clear understanding of everything. It’s rare to find a dealership team that demonstrates this level of professionalism, teamwork, and customer-first culture. Volkswagen Pasadena clearly has built an environment where the customer experience is the priority, and it shows. I highly recommend them.

I was in an emergency situation, and I was able to drive off with a dream of a car, at a price I could afford, in less than 24 hours… the day after Christmas!!! I’m 100% certain that any employee at this location will offer the same 10 star service. The positivity cultivated in this work environment is palpable, and this team was able to turn around my entire day (a feat which seemed impossible). They were more excited for me about my new car than I was! As a woman coming from NYC only on my second car, walking into a dealership can be so daunting. I’ve previously felt very skeptical and defensive. I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of AT ALL at Volkswagen Pasadena. They’ve gained my trust and respect with genuine customer service. I look forward to working with these guys for as long as I’m a driver. 10/10 recommend.

Norman is terrific. Knows his cars but more important, a very good listener. He heard my issue and with Abe and other team members worked through the problem until there was a resolution. Super service and friendly, almost makes you want to have an issue so you can go in and hang with the team.

Appointment for tire rotation went excelent Norman the advisor treat me with great respect and explained me in great detailed that a 27 pt inspection is due at this time. His knowledge was very assuring that my car will be in friendly hands. Thank you Norman for your assistance and the work well done by the Technician also the Attendant who wash the car.

I really do not write reviews much, but I felt compelled in doing so after having a phone conversation with Kevin Ho. I was an Internet Manager myself, and now a broker. Kevin is the man!! I only spoke with him once on the phone (after speaking quite a few other dealerships, and being brushed off the phone), and I felt that Kevin was very sincere and I truly believe he went above and beyond to help me out. Unlike some of the dealerships I called, Kevin told me he will do his best to work with me and call me back and he did as he promised! By simply calling back (nothing more), whether there's a deal or not, he went above and beyond any other VW dealership I dealt with today. As one former Internet Manager to another fellow Internet Manager - Thank you Kevin you're awesome! Volkswagen of Pasadena, you've got a gem in your hand - he's a keeper!
