What Others Say

After Sales service is absolute garbage. I made the mistake of buying some extended warranty packages from the finance manager. I sold traded the car for something else and requested a refund of my extended warranty. 3 months later they still have not started the cancellation process after numerous calls and sending them the necessary paper work multiple times. I went in person today to talk to the finance manager about this. After waiting an hour I decided to leave since he was "busy" as soon as I started my car i look in and who comes around the corner but him. I walk back inside try to speak to him, he lies to me saying everything has been completed on his end (I verified yesterday this is not the case) then tells me he doesn't have time for me he has a "customer". I guess I am not a customer anymore there in University Fords eyes. I have been left with no choice but to file complaints and make sure the public knows what they are getting into stepping through the doors here. PLEASE AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP.

Listen, I’d give Big Willy a million stars, but my Ford Ranger’s too busy flexing its fresh oil and perfectly spun tires to count that high. Rolled in for an oil change, tire balance, and rotation, and rolled out with a truck so smug it’s basically auditioning for Top Gear. The oil’s so clean, my engine’s humming like it just dropped a mixtape—straight fire, no skips. The tires? Balanced and rotated with NASA-level precision—I’m out here Tokyo-drifting through suburbia, scaring squirrels and impressing exactly no one because I still can’t parallel park. The crew was faster than a caffeinated cheetah, nicer than my grandma with a plate of cookies, and I swear my Ranger whispered, ‘Thanks, bro,’ when I fired it up. Absolute legends—my truck’s living its best life now, and I’m just along for the ride!

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had! I love my new MACH-E! AC was awesome and ensured I had everything I wanted in my new car! From searching for my car to completing all the paperwork, it’s was easy and quick! Thank you!

Avoid at all costs. Service department is horrible at best. First issue was with my first service appointment after buying a new truck from them. The dealership emailed a coupon for a free oil change that the service advisor tried their best not to honor. After way too much time and effort, the service manager honored the coupon as it was written. (What a concept.). Note - it wasn’t an ambiguously worded coupon… it was very clear and had an expiration date. Second issue, when you call the service department they never answer. When you leave a message, they don’t return your call. This has occurred every time I’ve tried to contact them over the last year and a half. Frustrating when you have simple questions or try to schedule an appointment. Third issue, and more importantly, I noticed a loose trim piece on the skid plate of my truck. It looked like a simple fix but I took it in for them to look at because I didn’t want to crawl under my truck. The service advisor then let me know that the technician said that there was no way to secure the loose piece and that if I wanted to fix it I would have to buy a new skid plate for $197. He did advise that it was just cosmetic and that he personally wouldn’t do anything. When I got home I decided to take a look myself. I got under my truck and 90 seconds later the piece was secure. It was simple to align the four connectors with an assembly on the other side of the skid plate. The inside assembly was loose without the outer piece being in place but once lined up it snapped together and was very tight and secure. The technician obviously is either 100% incompetent or did not even try. I have zero mechanical or technical skills. I fixed the issue in 90 seconds. Pictures attached. The service advisor was incorrect as well. The loose piece was not merely cosmetic, it is required to hold the assembly on the other side in place. Without replacing it, it would have caused rattles at a minimum and potentially additional unintended damage from road debris. I will say that he didn’t push me to purchase the replacement skid plate, but that was due to his ignorance on the actual function of the loose piece. I contacted the service center manager… as expected it was just “awww shucks, sorry about that.” No real concern that his employees are completely inept at best. Someone should be fired… most likely the manager as his employees are not well trained at all and the entire department is rife with constant issues. I would not recommend having your vehicle serviced at this dealership. I will drive out of my way in the future for a service department that is more competent and trustworthy.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!! If I could give this car dealership a negative rating, I would do it without hesitation. My encounter with them was a full-blown nightmare from start to finish. The moment I set foot on their lot, my gut instinct told me something was seriously wrong. Little did I know, I was in for a rollercoaster of deception and disappointment. Now, let me give credit where it's due: my salesperson, Bobby, was a shining light in the midst of this darkness. However, the rest of the staff were downright horrendous. Picture this: I signed what I thought were all the necessary documents for a car, drove it for a mere week, only to receive a call informing me that the contract wasn't valid. I contacted my loaner and they said they did not receive the necessary documents from the dealership to approve the loan. How do you sell a car without an approval?? I was then casually informed that I'd have to return to the dealership to sign everything again, but this time with a higher payment and more interest. Talk about a slap in the face! When I had the documents inspected by a public notary and another dealership, they discovered a slew of missing documents and questioned how the sale was even processed. Sahin, the finance guy, had the nerve to provide me with unsigned and unnotarized document copies of the sale. It was beyond shady; it was downright sloppy. The cherry on top of this debacle? When I returned to report a suspected mechanical issue with the car, I was met with utter indifference. Instead of addressing my concerns, they brushed me off and refused to provide any assurance regarding the vehicle's condition. To add insult to injury, they had the audacity to dispute the terms of my extended warranty, claiming it was a "communication problem" on my end. Ridiculous! And let's not even get started on their abysmal customer service. Once they realized I was dissatisfied, they couldn't care less about me or my grievances. When I requested either my trade-in vehicle or its equivalent value, I was met with resistance from both the store owner and manager. They refused to provide either the value or the vehicle, I had to literally argue to get my possessions back. The entire process was a chaotic mess – they couldn't even locate my vehicle on their lot, threw the keys at me, I had to argue for the additional keys I provided, in which they struggled to locate, and expected me to trek over an hour to find it myself. To top it off, they refused to provide me with a temporary plate, essentially forcing me to drive illegally. And when I asked for a temporary plate to drive legally, they callously refused, saying, "if you don't buy our car, we won't buy your car." It was outrageous! And to add insult to injury, after I was forced to drive illegally, they had the audacity to call me a few hours later with an offer for the car I had just driven off with. Unbelievable! In conclusion, this dealership is nothing short of a nest of vipers, preying on unsuspecting customers with their deceitful tactics. Spare yourself the agony and avoid this place like the plague. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

I recently was there this past weekend with my son to look for a vehicle for him , we found a subaru wrx used , and we thought that they were a reputable and professional dealership. We were mislead and the whole experience was horrible from the financing staff to the general manager , we were treated very unprofessionally . they mis handled the paperwork, the handling of our trade in Vehicle, failure to be upfront and honest about every thing including multiple errors and untruthfulness by the staff there on more than one occasion. When my son and I left and wanted our trade in vehicle back , we were responded to in a extremely bad manner , since they mishandled the entire process and were upset that we wanted our vehicle trade back and would not make a deal with them. I have never dealt with a more rude and dishonest group of people. To sum this all up Do not Buy from them . take your business someplace else to be treated honestly and with professional courtesy as a consumer.
