Brought my car in for 5k maintenance. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Waiting area very nice. Dealt with Jacklyn in service. Who was great. Danny Sanchez was great in assisting me on lease buy out.

worst car dealer by all means, I leased a brand NEW 2026 RX 350 and it's already having issue! this is never heard of before! two weeks only and sales and services both not helping. so good to take your money but ignore you when they mess up! Lexus lack of staff/ maintenance and loaner car should be my issue but now I have to wait till March 24th a whole month to get them to look at the car and have a loaner ca! what a waste of money this place. will never deal with them again!

I bought a certified pre-owned Lexus nx350, and found the process went pleasantly and smoothly with Felix Guralnik. When something came up with the car a week later, he took care of it personally and rapidly.

Jason wasted my time and whole day. He reserved a car for me but it was sold to someone else. The car was requested the day prior and was shipped the next day for pickup. When I arrived he allowed another sales associate to give my car to someone else. I had a 12 noon appointment and he also sent me pictures of the actual car I was suppose to pick up for my wife. We even went through numbers and agreed on a deal. I spent over a hour and a half there waiting just for him to tell me the car is not available. My wife was expecting this car and now I came home empty handed. The disrespect and the lack of communication of brooklyn of Lexus is shameful. I have done business with this place a few times in the past and I WILL NEVER do business with them again. There are plenty of other Lexus dealerships around.

Me and my wife were shopping for rx 350 and I am glad we met Alex.Professional and nice guy overall.
