No communication Haven't bought a Volvo from them since they never had what we wanted at the time but serviced 4 of our Volvo's while under warranty, our latest one is just out warranty and I had contacted the dealer's service department multiple times trying to get a service quote and no answer.

Oil change yesterday. The engine cover was not secured again resulting in a mishap on the freeway home. They credited my payment for the oil service and replaced the cover but we don’t ever want to go back. The oil change included a supposed inspection the service rep claimed when we first picked up our car. Buyer beware.

Buyer beware! I absolutely would not recommend this store. The finance manager does not return calls after several messages and weeks of waiting, the extremely rude and unprofessional receptionist who literally hung up the phone on me and would not take another call and the complete disregard for customer service all around I'd say take your business elsewhere. I will not be keeping my business with Volvo of Winter Park.
