Walser staff are always friendly and helpful.Waiting for my car to be serviced with free water, good coffee and popcorn. The bathrooms are clean and beautiful.

The staff at Walser Toyota have been wonderful to work with. Scheduling was easy online and the drop off process was straight forward. Service Writer Maryan assisted me and was a complete delight to work with. She was understanding, kind and listened to everything I explained! She is a huge asset to the Walser family! The service technician was efficient and detailed while working on my vehicle. They provided a video of the inspection to show the different items checked. Walser kept me informed throughout the process and even offered an Uber voucher of $25 if I needed to go somewhere. I choose to stay was the dealership though. I found it all kept clean and in great shape. They had beverages available such as bottled water, coffee and tea. They even had a water dispenser which could do sparkling or flat water with flavors. If you a snack they had fresh popcorn available. If you did not like the free options, they did have vending machines available to choose. When my vehicle was finished the checkout process was straight forward and able to be completed online. I found my vehicle was washed on the outside and ready to go. There are not many if any negatives I currently have about my experience at Walser Toyota. They treat you well and don’t brush aside any of your concerns. I will certainly be returning should my vehicle need any additional service needs.
This is the _first_ time, in the numerous times I've brought my car in, that the "mechanics video" was understandable and useful. Usually the mechanic mumbles or is otherwise just unintelligible or the video just swings all over the place. The woman mechanic who did that video did a great job walking through the different maintenance items and clearly stated, what work was performed, demonstrated possible issues and also covered what was ok. She should be used as a standard for how you should do your walk through videos. Articulate (didn't mumble), clearly knew what she was doing, and with good video work. Frankly she should probably be promoted.
We are repeat customers with Walser. It is different for us to order the car and wait for it to be assembled and delivered, but it seems to have worked for us. Fortunately, We were able to pass on potential vehicles (Highlander axle) and eventually scale up to a hybrid Limited Highlander with several months added to our scheduled delivery date. I appreciate the ability to clean up our final order so that it would arrive with only items that we specifically asked for rather than dealer added items.
They have a beautiful show room and friendly associates who go out of their way to make you happy.
