We are new parents and it was time to trade in my 2 door Jeep Wrangler for a mom mobile. We found a post lease Jeep Grand Cherokee at CJD of Warwick and J.J. could not be more helpful. He was so polite and honest, just a super honest dealership. I can see our family using this dealership again!
Dealership had great inventory and open on Sundays. I showed up unexpectedly and George spent time preparing the truck after a large snowfall, not even knowing if it was the going to be the right truck for me. Sales manager Ralph took time out to explain the payment options and what would work best. Wayne in finance made the paperwork portion a breeze by keeping it straight forward, not trying to up sell or increase my monthly payment. The entire process was one of the smoothest out of my past dealer experiences. No one was pushy, no sales tactics and they were all honest throughout. They all came together and put me in the vehicle I wanted at a comfortable price. Highly recommended, looking forward to future business with this dealership!

Just leased a 2019 Ram 1500 during the Ram Power Days Sales Event. Overall I had a good experience. I was trying to figure out earlier in the week if the vehicle was even in my budget. I have never leased/purchased a new TRUCK anywhere. All of my trucks have been $3k beaters that I use on the weekends and for going to the dump. I am however, used to purchasing from luxury stores. A few in particular I will not mention here, but the experience at a luxury BMW store is QUITE different from working with your local Ford, Chevy or Dodge Dealer. In the beginning stages of my shopping I had contacted about 6 local dodge dealers to obtain information on the vehicle and pricing. None, not a single one, would talk to me, or give me any information, or numbers over the phone. I was pretty surprised to say the least and already sorry I decided to do this, but I needed a new truck so I figured with nowhere else to turn I would give my local neighborhood store over in Warwick a shot. I called and spoke to Theresa in the BDC department initially. She was very polite on the phone and although again she wasn't very forthcoming with information they were able to at least give me a ballpark figure I could work with. She told me about the incentives they had and encouraged me to come in and speak with one of their salespeople. I had an idea at least of where I stood. I decided to give it shot yesterday, never expecting to actually drive off with a new ram. When I entered the store, I was immediately greeted by J.J. Salewski. He was very polite, and accommodating. He brought up all of my information immediately and within a few minutes we were outside looking at the truck. In the past, I had gone to American Dealerships and I have always had to go through the process of arguing to see the car or truck while the salesperson attempted to qualify me... which is very offensive might I add, and something BMW never does. This is also why I have never actually completed a transaction outside of the aforementioned stores. He never did any of this. What impressed me the most is that he brought the truck to the front of the dealership for me, didn't make me walk the lot, and did a full walkaround and explained all the new features I was unaware of, which was surprisingly helpful. Test drive went well. The new 2019 Ram is amazing! And eventually we made our way back to the dealership for the part I think the salesman and I both despise the most, the negotiating part. When we got back to the dealership we were asked a couple of credit related questions, but they did not jamb a credit app down my throat which I really appreciated. As I presented some of the information I found and they presented the numbers I came to recognize that my price expectations were a little high and we were pretty far apart, but J.J. did his best honestly to make the vehicle affordable to me. At one point the sales manger came out to speak with me. He was what I expected him to be and behaved like I expected he would, however we were still able to make a deal, my payment is comfortable, and I have to say I was SUPER IMPRESSED by the level of service and the top notch treatment I received from J.J. This is an honest guy in an un-honest business. He was very easy to work with, and just a pleasant person overall. When we got into finance I worked with Wayne. He was a gentleman as well. Everything was well explained and I left feeling as though I had a complete understanding of what I purchased and what I paid. I honestly couldn't be happier with the Truck and Treatment I received at Warwick Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future. Thanks Guys!!!
I have purchased 6 vehicles from this dealership since they opened in 2001. Never had any issues what ever is agreed on they follow trough. I have recommended the dealership to family and friends and never had any issues. Thanks Sam for another beautiful truck.
This is my first buying experience here. I had the pleasure of working with Sam and Wayne and was the least amount of time I ever spent at a dealership. Price was fair and as quoted, no bait and switch and then out the door. Would definitely use them again if I'm in the market for a Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge.
