The sales person did an amazing job. He was not pushy, learned our needs and wants, and took the time to test drive a couple vehicles, one being at another manufacturer the owned. What I really did not like was the forced purchase of the pulse plus add on. This is the pulsing third brake light and a dash cam. It’s an added $990 to just about every vehicle on the lot. The system is creating a sea of flashing brake lights on the roads. It’s a great revenue stream for the dealership. If the car was not discounted for other reasons, I would have not purchase the vehicle here, because of that forced sale. During price negotiations, they simply lowered the overstated licensing fees from $750 to a closer $400. I missed that tactic, so read the sheet carefully. The rest of the experience was great.
