Except for the help from Felecia the service was tough! Poor communication and I felt which I did express with Felicia that if you drop of your vehicle once it's there no one really cares unless you complain! They will work on it when they feel like it. It was 2 days before it was even brought in to check the ' check engine light ' which was really disappointing and would take about a minute.

I went to the old service location at first but they volunteered to take my car to the new service center for me. Service was very fast and staff kept me up to date on everything. Staff were very friendly and waiting area was comfortable.

Overall good experience, nice vehicle and are really enjoying it. Would recommend this dealership and Norman

Felicia was great, kept me informed and understood my time constraints. Ready earlier than expected.
