We didn't realize buying a car could be so enjoyable! Rob DuPont, our Salesman, was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He explained our options, gave us his recommendations, and let us make our choices. No Pressure! We negotiated a great price and got the features we wanted. When it was time to sit down with Dan, the finance manager, I thought" Oh Boy, here comes the pressure." Once again we were surprised. He explained all the optional add-ons, gave us his recommendations, and let us decide. We were out of his office in 20 minutes with all the paperwork signed. The dealership gave me hope when another dealership turned me down, the dealer was so patient and helpful to me when I was picking out my SUV , working hard to give me the one I picked out to take home, the whole dealership was so helpful and supportive of me and gave me hope when the other dealership let me down and the other dealership I had bought cars from for over 20 years, they have lost my business forever. Salesman Jesse Nye made the whole experience of buying a used car so easy. He was very pleasant, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He came right out asked us what my daughter and I were interested in, we told him, he got us keys and we took the car for a test drive. No pressure, no hassles. He gave us all the paperwork on the vehicle, we looked it over (again no pressure), told us all about the service department at the dealership and other great features.
