An oil change should not take over two hours. for thirteen years I have been taking my Lacrosse to Beck&Masten for scheduled oil changes. This was the first time it took this long.
My experience would be rated “excellent”. Beginning to end my sales person, John, was there to assist in every way and provided all the necessary answers that led me to my purchase of the Acadia. I’m am pleased and appreciative of the care and professionalism extended to me and my daughter. Group 1 Buick GMC North is a little off the beaten path, but if you are looking for a fair value on your trade in, a great overall purchase price, and no sales pressure, it's well worth the drive.
