Best dealership I've dealt with. They were very professional, honest, and very communicative on updates throughout the process. Best service I've ever had.
John was fantastic and provided excellent service and support. Would recommend him highly to anyone looking for an Audi. Only complaint is I had to wait around 2 hours just to sign paperwork after we agreed to everything. That part of the process took all of 20 minutes. Shouldn’t have anyone wait around that long.
Service was prompt and clear expectations were set for me. Waiting area could be more comfortable.
