I’ve had nothing but exceptional experiences working with Kenneth at the BMW dealership. From start to finish, he consistently provides outstanding customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail. Kenneth is knowledgeable, patient, and truly goes above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. The rest of the team is also super helpful, and after so many years, that’s exactly why I keep coming back. Everyone is welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cares about providing a great experience. Absolute Nightmare. Stay Far Away from This BMW Dealership!! I have never experienced such deceptive and unprofessional treatment at any car dealership in my life. From the moment we walked in, we were systematically misled by salesperson Dominique who deliberately fed us false information to get us into signing a deal and handing over a substantial deposit. and especially Finance Manager Anthony who’s incompetent and unprofessional. They knowingly provided contradictory details about the entire transaction, all designed to get us to commit on the spot. When we immediately reached out for clarification and an honest explanation, Anthony turned extremely rude, defensive, and outright unprofessional. He refused to address the discrepancies, spoke down to us. This is not how legitimate business is conducted. This is manipulation and straight-up dishonesty. We will be escalating this matter to BMW Corporate, the Better Business Bureau, and pursuing all available legal remedies to recover our deposit and hold them accountable. Do yourself a massive favor: do NOT buy from this dealership. Do NOT work with Dominique. And under no circumstances deal with Finance Manager Anthony. They have zero integrity and will say anything to close a sale. Save your time, your money, and your sanity — go somewhere else. They responded to tell me to contact the general manager, but there’s no info on the website about the general manager( See attached)

Melissa is very helpful and professional. She explained everything clearly and helped setup the car. It is a great experience to work with Melissa.
I took my vehicle here in June and was told everything was resolved, which it wasn't . Not only are they unprofessional and non-responsive, I received a pending charge today from them, which I will be disputing .So after months of not responding to my calls and emails they decide to try and charge me for gas for a loaner vehicle when the service manager advised me when I returned the vehicle that there were no additional charges. They are so corrupt. Never resolved my initial concerns about my vehicle but obviously they lack integrity trying to sneak in a charge months later.Beware and go elsewhere!
