I bought a used car and had it delivered out of state which can be a cumbersome endeavor. However, Larry Goldman, my salesperson, led me through the process smoothly by communicating with me by both email and phone until my Audi convertible arrived several states away. I want to thank Larry, the finance department, all the way down to the car transport company for making this process easy. Shady LIARS, Con Artists. AVOID this dealership at all costs! Treat customers awfully. Go to Arrowhead or Gilbert. Can't believe how they lied to get me to think I was getting add ons taken off the total price when it's just snake oil and the add ons were not even physically on vehicle. Never before have I been insulted and had a salesman get mad, and try to fight me when I called them out to face to face. "It's a business deal with it" the rude salesmen Wyatt yates said when I called them out. I made a suggestion and said 'that's not cool don't do that to people, don't lie to customers' When no other customers are in showroom they'll treat you like garbage. Completely irresponsible, disrespectful and unacceptable behavior. Buy somewhere else.
