Didnt have a good experience at this dealership at all..was in there for 3hours for them to tell me they couldn't get my trunk to open. I left there and in. About a hour I got my own trunk open. And because it wasn't a newer car I guess that. They didnt want no parts of dealing with it. And told me In order for my trunk to open they was going to have to takeout my back seats. Which wasn't true cause I didnt have to do non of that. I guess they only good for brake jobs and basic quick fixes. If it has to do with manual work without computers they send u out the door.And I fixed the beeping noise that they also said they couldn't do. Itz cool doe...I would never go back there and I wouldn't send no one there. That was my experience..
Sharing my experience with Infiniti so you can all take warning. I’ve been a customer for 5 years and I have 6 payments left on my 2023 QX60. I took the car in for service on 8/14/25 to Douglas Infiniti in Summit, NJ. They gave the car back to me with a cracked windshield. They owned up to it immediately. It was two weeks before someone approved the replacement. Then another two weeks to be told they’re on back order. Finally they’ve said there are no windshields for at least another four weeks. So, best case is a mid October replacement, if that. The crack is now about 24” long and I can be pulled over whenever a cop is having a bad day. I’ve spoken to the service dept., parts dept, and Infiniti customer care. The latest update is there’s no update and they want to email me weekly to say there’s no windshields until they have one. I presented a couple reasonable solutions to a problem that originated with them: -Let me bring to a windshield repair place and expense to them. They said No to this. -Take back the vehicle and it’s 6 remaining payments ($3500 total probably the cost of a windshield anyway) and immediately sign a new lease and commit to another term. They said No to this. -Give me some incentive to sign on for another lease if they’re making me wait for a windshield and to end of lease term. They said No to this. The only option to fix this is for me to make a claim on my insurance and handle the repair myself, causing my premiums to increase, yet again. While Infiniti has chosen to do nothing and just tell me to wait. So now I’ve advised them that I’ll tell thousands of my closest friends how they’re handling my situation. There’s plenty of brands out there to choose from and I’ll certainly be shopping around.
