I just leased my fifth Volkswagen through Jennings—a new Atlas Peak Edition—and the experience couldn't have been better. Collin is a fantastic salesman who made the entire process as seamless as possible. Hands down, this was the fastest I've ever gotten through turning in my old lease and driving off in a new one, and that's thanks entirely to him. I'm already hoping to work with him again next time around. I'll also add that I showed up significantly late to our appointment, and Collin was completely gracious about it—he even spotted me pulling in and greeted me at the door. That kind of hospitality, paired with his sense of humor and easygoing demeanor, turns what can be a tedious process into something genuinely enjoyable. Credit to the whole team as well—Eric in the finance department continues to do an excellent job every time.

Jennings Volkswagen in Glenview had posted a vehicle I was interested in, next day I was there at 8:30 am and was met by Dan Kazak who immediately got the process started, and also Arek Aneszko stepped in at times to assist and I'll tell you they were both professional, courteous, and welcoming. All in all it was a smooth process, and considering the vehicle was not yet prepped and on the lot the wait time was not to bad. Thanks again to Dan who made it happen and Arek for all the help.
