Horrible experience! Drove 2 hours from tucson after being told the deal was good to go. Showed up and nothing was even close to what was discussed over the phone. Sold my current truck to have a bigger down payment and get the numbers where I need them. Made the deal over the phone. Drove up the next day for the second time. Show up and I get told that he made a mistake and my payment was going up again! 2 round trips from tucson to Phoenix and all I have to show is a fuel bill and time off work. Great job bell road toyota!

I was only informed of the final price of a 4Runner after signing the contract. The price increased from $61,000 to $96,000 due to add-ons I did not request. I returned the next morning hoping to remove those extras and adjust the price, but after waiting for over three hours, the manager, Eric Godina, told me nothing could be done that day and that they would follow up later. Before that, I spoke with the finance representative, Diego Franco, who was rude and dismissive. He essentially said that I had signed the contract and that it was my responsibility, showing little concern for my situation or customer service. I have purchased vehicles from Honda, BMW, and Toyota before, and I have never experienced this level of poor communication and lack of professionalism—especially from a Toyota dealership. I chose this dealer because they had a very specific vehicle I was looking for, and as a loyal Toyota customer, this experience was extremely disappointing. After emailing Eric to explain my concerns again, I was asked to return to the dealership the following Monday. They said they had a solution, which involved submitting paperwork to remove the unwanted add-ons. However, I was told it could take at least three months to process, and in the meantime, my monthly payment would remain around $1,600—even after removing approximately $18,000 worth of unnecessary items. I was told this is simply how Toyota Financial operates and that nothing could be done. To make matters worse, I later contacted the salesperson with a simple question about the original lug nuts that were removed when they installed wheel locks. I wanted to switch back, but I received no response. I then emailed the manager about it and still have not heard back. This was a basic request, yet no one has followed up. Overall, the lack of transparency, accountability, and customer service at this dealership has been extremely frustrating. I expected much better.

Went in to get possibly get a new vehicle. Gave the sales woman my income, my FICO, what I was willing to put down and what I was looking to pay. She came back with a number that was well above what I was looking for. I had to leave and told her that if she could look at the numbers get it down to what I was looking to pay I would come in the next day and buy it. (basically wanted payments less than $650) BTW I was not sold on one specific car just wanted options and solutions. She promised to call the next day. No call so I called to get an update. She stated her manager could get me into a car and asked if I could come in today at noon. Arrived today and started asking me all the same questions then came back with a number that was even higher than the first day. No manager no nothing just the same old stuff. I just stood up and walked out. Too bad because I was pretty much a guaranteed sale, would have been my 2nd vehicle with them and should have been an easy one since I wasn't tied to a specific vehicle or anything.

Empleados involucrados: Jesus Vielma, Gabriel Vielma, Kevin, Jose Almodovar.

I am writing this to warn the community about the lack of integrity and professional standards at Bell Road Toyota. I arrived at 8:00 AM today as a cash buyer, ready to finalize a deal on a vehicle negotiated the night before with Daniel for approximately $30,600. Instead of a smooth transaction, I was met with a series of "bait and switch" tactics and disrespectful management. The issues I encountered: Broken Agreements: Daniel was nowhere to be found. A different salesperson, Jorge, quoted me a price over $1,000 higher than agreed, citing "accessory fees" that were never mentioned during negotiations. Hostile Management: I spoke with a sales manager named Izzy, who was incredibly dismissive and rude. He refused to honor the verbal agreement made by his team and actually told me, “No and thanks for my business,” before walking away from me mid-conversation. The Final Straw: After I called an Uber to leave, another staff member approached me and agreed to the original $30,600 price. I cancelled my Uber and went back in, only for them to renege a second time, insisting on $31,149. It is mind-boggling that this dealership chose to lose two guaranteed sales (my son is also currently car shopping) over a $549 difference and a refusal to stand by their word. If you value transparency, respect, and honesty, take your business elsewhere. I expected much more from a dealership of this reputation, but they proved they would rather quibble over small margins than honor a handshake and treat a customer with basic decency.

Found a good price on a Tundra here and a neighboring Phoenix Toyota dealership. I ended up flying to Phoenix on a Sunday afternoon to view, test drive and purchase a vehicle. The salesman, Steve Kohl, told me to bring a "personal check" since I was going to pay in cash. I questioned this and he assured me it would be fine. I agreed to purchase the vehicle and was sent to the Finance Manager, Diego Franco, who ended up telling me that my personal check was not approved, and that he was going to have to draw up a fake finance contract if I wanted to take the vehicle that I night. I was 400 miles from home with no more flights that evening. Mr. Franco assured me that the check would be cashed two days later and the he would tear up the fake contract. Had I had the ability to get home that night, I would have walked. Totally uncomfortable with this transaction. I drove the vehicle home and reached out to both Steve Kohl and Diego Franco five times from Tuesday through Friday, and neither responded back to me. I also confirmed they were both working! I was finally able to talk with another manager who said they were having problems cashing checks, blah blah blah. Complete xx. I inquired to purchase a Vehicle Service Agreement (Warranty) and was called by a salesman in Finance Department who quoted to a price over 40% higher that was was proposed the night of the transaction. Still unable to register the vehicle in my state. Totally shady operation. DO NOT buy from this business. Also check with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and other Review sites. This was not an "isolated" incident.
