The dealership was clean and inviting. The staff was friendly and helpful. We quickly met and escorted to our contact for our appointment. Living 2 hours away was made easy with the timely back and forth communication with Tyler and he provided any information I asked for. We felt like we received a fair price for our trade in and for the MDX we purchased.
Not happy with Acura my card consistently has a new issue almost every week and I keep taking in to get these problems “fixed” either the issue is not resolved or another issue happens. It’s very frustrating. I bought this car two years ago and it’s been in the shop majority of the time. I’ve spoke to a manager and he never called back. I can’t believe Acura allows their cars to be in the shop and give me no answers on fixing it.

Had a great experience at Park Place Acura in Plano. Worked with their sales experience manager, Jerret. He was super helpful, responsive, and communicative throughout the sales process. He made buying a new Acura through them straightforward and working with him was a pleasure.
This was the best car buying experience! The one point of contact model, meaning the salesperson is also the "manager" and finance person. Dealing with one person made the process so much smoother and the level of care was top notch! We were so impressed with everyone we came in contact with, their customer lounge area is beautiful, comfortable and loaded with amenities! We also noticed how other customers, whether service related or other buyers, were all treated with kindness and attention. My sales representative, Mark, was amazing to work with.
