My experience with Honda of Manhasset was one of the worst car-buying experiences I have ever had. I financed a 2020 Honda CR-V through this dealership, and in less than a year I was shocked to learn that I was buried under $18,000 in negative equity. That is an outrageous amount of negative equity for a vehicle in such a short period of time. When I reached out for help, this dealership refused to take responsibility or offer any meaningful assistance. They would not help me refinance, would not work toward a reasonable solution, and showed absolutely no concern for the financial hardship this situation created. I spent an exhausting entire day trying to negotiate with them, only to be met with cold, dismissive, and profit-driven behavior. In my opinion, this dealership cares far more about making money than treating customers fairly or ethically. I left feeling taken advantage of, misled, and completely abandoned after the sale. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this dealership.

It was a great experience to get my Passport from Honda Manhasset, as it has many reputations. All of you took care of me above and beyond. My family used to get Hondas from DCH Honda Paramus, NJ, and also Rallye Mercedes and Acura. All of them were good dealers that I chose well. Honda Manhasset is one of the greatest, with excellent management. The repair shop and everything are great. Other Hondas in Long Island cannot compete, such as Bayridge, Huntington, you name it.

You can make an appointment and get in and out quickly. They are always courteous and explain what needs to be fixed in understandable terms.

This experience was wonderful. The staff was patient and professional. The staff worked diligently to ensure that i had the car i wanted and could afford.
