Ricky the sales person went ABOVE and BEYOND and did an excellent job ! He made the experience easy . However , i did not appreciate a different sales lady hiding the car from us trying to buy it . She was very unprofessional when she did that . She knew we’re interested in the car since we pulled up and saw it . She cause a delayed in customer service. I do appreciate Ricky handeling that situation well and going and finding the car for us again . he really put in the good work
