I had some issues with additional services performed when I brought my vehicle which I'd purchased at this dealership for free servicing. However, after explaining my dissatisfactions to Christopher, the Service Mgr., he satisfactorily compensated me for the problem.
I am writing this review to compliment Brandon, a long-time member of the service team. Brandon just again provided exceptional professionalism and care today (along with the rest of the service team behind the scenes). He continued to prove how knowledgeable, efficient, genuine, and caring he is as a person and as a Honda employee. If I could give Brandon more than five stars I would given that he went out of his way to proactively diagnose and fix several issues with the car that I might not have found otherwise (along with an oil change) such as a problem with the rear tail light. I trust his rates as fair, and he really seems to have the customer's best interest in mind. I trust that he is being recognized for his exceptional work with Honda by management! Thank you Brandon! My family has also commented over the years how much they appreciate his responsiveness and professionalism so I felt it's time for a review!
The team at Honda of Princeton is exceptional. I worked with Samantha and she was Terrific! Joe, their sales director and Dave, the business manager were also on-site and part of my process and were so easy to work with. They made trading in my lease so smooth! Buying or leasing a car can be so stressful but the team at Honda Princeton really help make the experience enjoyable!

Had a 8:00 appointment today, Saturday at 10:00. My car was still outside and wasn't even looked at to be repaired. I wasted 2 hours of my life just sitting there. I asked for my car back and I'm taking my business elsewhere
My review of Honda of Princeton is really about my salesman, Sanjay Chadda. He was recommended to me by 3 others, and I must say the man knows his stuff! He was patient, knowledgeable and above-and-beyond helpful. Buying a new car is a HUGE ticket item that can be a stressful experience. I would say that Sanjay's assistance and support made the entire experience very positive and exciting. He explained various options to me that enabled me to make an educated decision. He further took care of everything from registration to title to license plates. It was also very easy to reach Sanjay rather than having to jump through endless message hoops.
