Buying a car from Audi Natick was a great experience from start to finish. Zak in particular was great to work with. He was very informative and listened very well.

Went there to purchase a used car. Set up the deal before I got there to save time since it was an hour away. When I got there, they raise the price up by $2000 and told me the representative I was working with didn’t have the authority to make a deal. Ended up wasting nearly 3 hours there and kept getting contradictory and incorrect information. We finally walked out. Buyer beware, it’s a shame to have this kind of lack of integrity, representing such an awesome car company.

Went there to purchase an Audi. Made the deal ahead of time to save time. When I got there (after driving an hour) I was told that the representative I spoke to wasn’t authorized to make a deal and they tried to charge me $2000 more. Very unethical behavior. By your beware. By the way, I walked out. Never to return again.

I had an amazing experience getting my new Audi My salesperson Kevin was awesome. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very attentive with my needs. Upon delivery yesterday the tech person Andrew was patient and knowledgeable My F and I person Tegan was nothing short of impressive. She took the time to explain all my options. The sales manager Scott was appreciative of my business. I had been to another Audi dealer and understand why Audi Natick is in the elite of dealerships. Brought my car in three times to address the check engine light. I paid thousands of dollars as the result of those repair visits only to have the light come on again. It turned out that I had a mouse nest causing the problem. Audi Natick refused to refund any money for the unnecessary repairs that did not fix the problem. I do not recommend.
