I am very pleased with the service we get from the Joyce Koons, the service managers are always professional and on point for taking care of our 2019 Touring Pilot. They also have concierge service, which other dealerships do not offer. They will pick up and drop off your vehicle at your home or office and offer a loaner, this is definitely an amazing idea. I purchased a 2026 Honda Civic Sport Touring from this dealership, and the out-the-door price presented to me was $31,365.26. After putting $6,000 down, the financed amount should have been around $25,365.26. Instead, the loan amount was listed as $32,440.29. After carefully reviewing the contract, I discovered that a $3,854 service contract was added, even though I was told it was “free.” The finance manager, Robert Coley Jr., also added GAP coverage after asking me about it. On top of that, there were additional charges including a $1,199 documentation fee, $21 electronic fee, $20 miscellaneous dealer fee, $103.84 registration fee, and $15 title fee. I was repeatedly told everything was included, which was clearly not true. This experience felt misleading and disappointing. Customers deserve honesty and full transparency when making such a major purchase. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership, and I do not plan to return.

I came to Honda because it was time for a new car! I worked with Malek and Nancy! Malek was super nice, knowledgeable and helpful. He was also very patient while showing me all the options. He wasn’t pushy unlike other dealerships and made entire process of buying my car a breeze. Nancy was awesome! She helped me get the best deal and was very helpful, she even gave me some tips!
