Clean, fast deals made. Friendly staff just not a ton of options to choose from.
i dealt with salesperson Alejandro Reyna. i found him to be courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicle we were considering purchasing. once we made the purchase, he assisted me and my daughter in getting the vehicle prepared for delivery. he assisted my daughter in syncing the cell phone to the vehicle. he was pleasant to deal with and would recommend him to others looking to purchase a chevy vehicle. my daughter is enjoying the chevy truck purchased. thank you.
Gillie was an excellent sales associate Johnny the sales manager got to my numbers & Ronnie got my financing tackled down
Extremely poor customer service. I have called and left messages for the finance office. My son has called and left a message, I have sent an email. And not once has anyone gotten back with me. It's been well over a month since I purchased my 2026 Chevy Equinox. I do not have any documentation of that sale. Not even a sales receipt. It appears that once you got the money, you were through with me. I am extremely dissatisfied with your lack of customer service, and I would not ever recommend you to anyone.
Yessie was was top notch, I felt like her number one concern was to do her best to get me the deal I needed. I never felt pressured. I have already recommended both your dealership and Yessie to my friends and people who have complimented me on my truck.
