They called and told me they can take my lease and put me in a new car for the same price when to the dealer and they wanted to charge me two hundred fifty more for my lease I wouldn't recommend this dealership

I have to take a moment a write a review about the experience i had a Reed Nissan Clermont. First off Alexis was the best sales consultant i've ever experience. She was very patient, sweet and wanted to get me the best deal she could've. THANK YOU ALEXIS. But the manager Ishmiel, was so sweet, funny and make you feel so at home and welcome. And i do have to add Josh in the end he was so sweet, he was helping us (me and my sister) with our phone connection. Overall my experience was really great.

This is the 2nd time I have purchased a car from Dwayne Loy. Due to covid19 I wasn't able to go there, but Dwayne listened to what I wanted and picked out the perfect car for me again. He brought it to my house where I could sign the papers and he showed me everything I needed to know about the car. It's perfect!!! I wouldn't work with anyone else but him. He's kind, courteous and is extremely knowledgeable about what he does. He's not a high pressure salesman and has been working at the same dealership for 25 years which is amazing to me. Dwayne you're the man.

They were not pushy or demanding into putting me in something I did not want. Very respectful and warm hearted people that I would recommend to anyone.
