Had my Honda Civic in on 6/5 at 10:00 AM for a new condenser and compressor shaft seal (diagnosed the week before) - both covered under the extended warranty. My service rep was Dan McCarthy. I've dealt with Dan in the past and have never had any negative issues with him in any regard. I left the vehicle and was driven home via Uber, as is their customer transport method. Everything went well and I had my car back by 4:15 PM,
