I am so happy with Johnstons Toyota. I originally was looking with another dealership but I had heard so many great things about working with Johnston Toyota that I decided to reach out to them. I came in to test drive an older model of the car I purchased. Roxanna was very helpful and I felt she understood exactly what I was looking for. She got me with the car I wanted and kept me up to date on when it would arrive. When I picked it up she was very attentive and went above and beyond for me. This was my first time buying a car on my own, and my first time buying from a dealership. I will definitely come back for any future purchases.

Brian Ruperti was very helpful and understanding of my needs when it came to purchasing my Tacoma. His no pressure approach and knowledge of everything Tacoma was a pleasant surprise also, and something you dont always find at other dealerships. I drove over an hour from PA to Johnstons Toyota, which wasnt exactly ideal for me, but the great service I received when we arrived made it well worth the drive. Nicole was also very pleasant to work with when I picked up my Tacoma as Brian was out sick that day.

Was referred by a co-worker to check out deals on the Highlander line. I spoke with Kelvin and was given an answer for everything I asked. I decided on 2024 Grand Highlander Platinum. Kelvin kept in touch letting me know up to date info on when vehicle would land on dealer lot. Overall excellent experience. Took the time to explain features to me and how they worked.
