What Others Say

Went in to look at the Traverse, the salesman was way too pushy. didn't go back.

Purchased a new car from out of state without seeing the car. Doug Harris was professional, friendly and made me feel at ease buying a car out of state, and even helped find a transport service for me. I would not hesitate to buy another car from this dealership. No stupid markups or extra options like you see at other places.

They tried to charge 1100.00 for a part that was warranted, and over charged.

Was talking with Lyndsi about a truck on their lot. Told her I would be there the next day around 9:30. She said great see you tomorrow. So I drive an hour and a half to get to there and pull into the lot at 9:48. As my wife and I are getting out of our car the truck that I was there to look at is leaving the lot with someone else test driving it. So I I made my point about the dealership and the people that work there. So as we are leaving the truck has already pulled back into the dealership. Now here’s the kicker. The truck is back do you want to test drive it? No integrity

I have taken my chevy Tahoe to dealerships in Houston and Las Vegas and the service was always great. Wilsonville Chevrolet service is TERRIBLE, the worst customer service I have every seen. Don't waste your time with these CLOWNS!!

Donnie Simons made us completely re-evaluate what car shopping can be. He was very focused listening to our needs, offering several options, and not just pushing what on just on the lot.
