What Others Say

I had a very horrible experience. I went to get my oil change and when I was on my way home, I got a call from the Service advisor saying that if I could return back to the dealership because they had forgot to put bolts back on my car but I had to go to Work so I couldn’t go that day so I go today and I give him my car keys. He comes back 10 minutes telling me that my car is ready when I go to the restaurant that I was going to. I looked and saw wires hanging from my car. They did not put the skid plate back on which I feel very deceived and lied to because he reassured me that my car was put Back to normal and it wasn’t.

Keo did a great job of dealing with my car's issues. The work was great

Pleasant experience up until I was surprised with a different interest rate come signing time. Manager made efforts to fix their error. I recommend only visiting this dealership if you have a credit history, as I did not.

My experience with them has been amazing fast and accurate they provide me the service and information about my car

I took my car in because it was showing code P0420: Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold Bank 1. After checking the vehicle, they told me the fuel injectors needed to be replaced. When I asked if they had done any additional testing to confirm it wasn’t an O2 sensor, exhaust leak, catalytic converter issue, or another possible cause, I was told they only performed a cylinder test and that “it’s a known issue.” I asked if they offered any further diagnostic testing, and I was told no. I chose not to approve the repair. Honestly, it felt concerning that a Honda dealership wouldn’t offer more testing before recommending a major repair. It came across more like a money grab than a confirmed diagnosis. Based on my experience, I’d recommend getting a second opinion before moving forward with repairs there.

Great service and welcoming experience. Brian was great. Thank you all again for your speedy service.
