After years of purchasing used vehicle that put us down Rhoden gave us a chance even with our credit. Thank you so much. Many top name dealerships wouldn't give my family and I a chance. Now that a new company owns Rhoden, it's just not the same. I I ever own my own dealership I would call it Compassion.
I had a great experience working with Rodney at Rhoden. He was honest, funny, and followed up with me. He got me into a great car that was within my budget, and did not surprise me with any cost. He even got me a full year warrenty. I have and do recomment this place/person.
Great experience! Highly recommended! Everyone should go there if you need help with financing. They helped me when nobody else could and treated me very well.
I recently purchased a vehicle from Rhoden Loan City and was extremely happy with the service they provided to me! They processed my information quickly and treated very kindly even though my credit is not the best! Calvin was a very patience salesperson and Patty was so kind to me when I was signing my paperwork. She took the time to explain everything to me. I will never buy from anywhere else and will tell everyone I know about my great experience!
I recently purchased a vehicle through Rhoden Loan City. My credit situation isn't the best, so I was glad I was able to find some place that could approve me. I love my car, but I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I was contacted when I did my online application, and they had me schedule an appointment to come in. I was super excited, showed up to my appointment with all required paperwork (and then some), and filled out the full application. Then I waited. And waited. I was there for nearly 2 hours. I'm still not sure why. The sales person I was working with had another appointment come in and they sent me on my way saying they wanted to get me the best deal they could. I didn't even look at cars at this point. When I asked why I came in if I wasn't looking at cars they told me I could have faxed or emailed all of the information. I wish I would have known that prior to driving all the way to Iowa and wasting my afternoon. I appreciated them telling me they were trying to get me a better deal. I didn't have a choice to take what was offered to me already though, and that bugged me. Patty the finance manager was awful to work with. When you ask her a direct question, she will not answer your question and actually skates around it. In person she seems super nice, but as soon as you aren't there it's like you are the dirt beneath her shoe. I waited over a week before I was finally able to look at cars, but Patty was already putting cars through to the bank for financing. She explained this later that she needed to see what cars would work, but she didn't know what I even wanted, and I feel this wasted both her and my time. I know that beggars can't be choosers, but when you are going to be paying for something for the next 6 years with a high interest rate, it better be something you love. I also didn't get anything really explained to me throughout the process, which goes back to when you ask Patty a question, any question I had was never answered fully. I wish I would have stayed in Omaha and gone to another dealer instead of dealing with all of the stress they put me through.
Brian was wonderful to work with. He explained our credit situation to us and explained how things worked as far as financing with our situation. They were able to get us into a vehicle that was as close to what we were looking for and they worked hard so that we could drive that vehicle home the same day! I would recommend them to anyone! What a wonderful experience.
