Michelle, the receptionist is fantastic. She listens and explains what comes next. Always kind and calm. Unfortunately, beyond her there is a huge gap in customer service. My car has been there for three weeks while they claim that the warranty does not apply. The power train must be replaced. I couldn't drive in reverse. The Service Manager said that there is no proof that I am the original owner, but my calls to Kia Corporate back my claim. Still trying to get a reason why Autoworld is still denying the warranty and not fixing my car.
Scott is an amazing salesman. He was honest, straight forward and there were no hidden fees or games. Highly recommend meeting with him for your next car purchase whether it be a new car or a used car from the lot.
Scott Y is fantastic. Honest, straight forward no games. Takes care of his customers from beginning to end. Listens to what is being asked for and delivers on that No gimmicks was recommended by prior customers. Have already recommended him to friends looking for a car
Jibunor Ufoegbune was such a great help. He really went above and beyond to ensure all the paperwork was correct. Everyone was so accommodating. I highly recommend this dealership!

I must say .. I’ve been leasing vehicles for a while now & I’ve never experienced the most horrible customer service experience in my life .. Josh the salesman was extremely sassy & had a very sarcastic nasty attitude. I came in looking for a new vehicle , giving him my expectations on what I was looking for and he would make smart remarks on “asking for a price like that is like asking to buy a loaf of bread at the same price it was 3 years ago” .. and then bring up inflation .. All the remarks began to make me feel extremely uncomfortable because as a salesperson I understand your goal is to make a sale but you should also learn professionalism & learn to make your customers feel welcomed and not feel stupid! When I told him that we got a set price quote from a different Kia he then proceeded to ask why would we walk away from such a great deal? We then proceeded to explain that we were shopping around & considering this location was much closer to home we wanted to give it a try.. I would drive out of state to visit another dealership if it meant that I would go back to this dealer! Horrible I would never recommend anyone to see Josh!
