If you are looking for a new or used car, you MUST see Rafael. We went in looking for one car and ended up buying TWO brand new Altima’s SL. Buying a new car could be very stressful and overwhelming, but Rafael made our experience stress free. He is the type of salesman you want to buy from. Not only is he very knowledgeable and personable but he really listens to the customer. Rafael took the time to understand what we were looking for, provide us with info and did not push us into something we did not want. He is very thorough, attentive, quick to respond and even gets back to you right away on his OFF days. Very disappointed with this dealership. After a 12 year relationship (4 leased cars and business forwarded to them) I was forced to lease a vehicle from a totally different manufacturer where I got a GREAT deal. I went to Nissan of New Rochelle in early February see what my options were as I was coming out of a lease in March. Unfortunately the lease programs they are working off of were not very competitive/aggressive at all. Management also showed no type of customer loyalty. They wanted to put me in a 2023 Sentra that had a sticker price of $21,000 on a lease at 18 months. The numbers they gave me were not competitive at all and they all worked in their favor. I also would have and to come up with the same type of down payment and monthly payment on another car in another 18 months from then. Totally insane. The only thing they had going for them was their sales person Donell. He was pleasant, courteous and tried everything he could to come up with a deal based on the limited lease programs. This was up until his hands became tied and he had to call in management to try to work a deal. Joe the manager on site continuously kept telling me they could only offer me an 18 month lease instead of a 36 month lease because of the interest rates and nothing else would work. I was surprised at this especially since I have excellent credit and I am sure there was a bank they work with for their better customers where they could have gotten me a low rate. I was hesitant to take the deal so I left the dealership. I was texted 4-5 day later by Donell and was told that Joe was willing to do the deal with the same numbers on a 36 month lease. I was very confused as to why Joe couldn’t do that deal when I was at the dealership days earlier. It made absolutely no sense and made me lose all trust in Nissan of New Rochelle. The only thing they had going for them was Donell who in my opinion should be a manager. He really knows how to treat a customer. Whatever you do, do not make Nissan of New Rochelle your one and only stop. I’m more than sure you will be treated better elsewhere and will able to get a much better deal.

My sales person Cienna Moore for my third car purchase with them. She was so so patient with me being that she understood to meet all my needs as best as she could. I would highly recommend this store and well as the sales professional. Thanks Nissan!

This dealership was honest from the start. Adolfo and the staff were very cool. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car.
