I've been going to this dealership/service center for decades. They have consistently served me very well. Professional, honest, knowledgable competent and personable (no matter who you deal with). I haven't bought a car there so can't comment on sales but I have had all the frequent services on my Toyota used 2013 car. Previously they serviced my then new 2008 Prius. They are always very willing to answer any questions/concerns I have and show me the work, if I request it. Very easy to get an appointment without delay and they offer a pickup/dropoff driver service, if needed. I highly recommend.

I went in and met with salesman Izzy and had a good experience, he is knowledgeable and helpful. This is the 2nd purchase I have made with Izzy. Great experience
My experience at Toyota of Colchester was very unpleasant and insulting. A hand written final cost figure written on the back of a business card (red flag) is unacceptable. Not completing a purchase agreement showing all fees (signed and agreed to by both parties) is unacceptable. Hiding a $3000 dollar price hike is unacceptable. Suggesting $1000 deposit when every other dealer requires $500. Get your money quickly so the high pressure can begin to buy something you don’t want. They refunded my deposit because they had to. They were exposed (fraud?). I didn’t sign a purchase agreement! Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere to buy your new vehicle.
Servce Manager Vern and his team are the absolute best. They took awesome care of me when Middletown Toyota treated me very badly. They went above and beyond. New frame on my 2009 Tacoma. They are true to there word.
Michael Bar was very helpful in our purchase of our vehicle....very pleasant...informative...I recommend highly.....I would definitely send someone looking for a vehicle...
